This Outback steakhouse is a good option for the steaks’ lovers, and you really shouldn’t waste your time here.

Location:
Lighting works for a place like this. The location, however, is not completely fortunate. The parking is horrible and to get there you’re always get in traffic. Huntington is a busy street and that Outback unfortunately located there, in busy place.

Food:
The seasoned fries here are quite good, but not the best though. The prime rib here is actually decent but quite fatty.  I think you should order it for a company, not as a main course, and try to eat them warm, otherwise you will taste cold ft thing. The prices here are decent for the food you are getting, but they aren’t the best prices nor are they completely worth paying for.
The food is always delicious and if you go early there, there’s no wait.  You’ll be always happy with the service.

Service:
All staff are kind and nice. The waiters serve you like you are their only client even when they are juggling several tables. Even girls are great as well.

I like their food, but there are some other places with similar menu. Outback at this location is quite hard to get, you will spend more time in traffic.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got here for a birthday dinner. We were greeted, personnel were really friendly and once we were seated, we had fast great service.

I was asking about the French Onion Soup. I decided to taste it, and it was very close to a style I like. It was really homemade delicious French Onion Soup- melted cheese, toasted onions in beef broth soup. It was very very good!

I ordered the rib eye, the steak was done medium, exactly the way I like it.

 

Everybody likes visiting Stake Houses, everyone has some favorite courses, and they may vary. But sometimes if you want to surprise your friends and mates you can you original recipes to cook at home or on picnic. One more advantage is that you save money on bills and tips, you can gather as many guests as you like, and you can do it anytime. Preparing will not take much money and time, especially if you have some friends for help.

You can buy a book with some special recipes or can easily find any in the net, share them with friends and choose the favorite.

Among wedge salads, baked potato recipes, grilled tuna, Alice springs chicken, grilled shrimps and Queensland chicken, bushman bread, grilled ribs, croutons and varieties of soups I’d like to share recipe of Outback steakhouse grilled salmon.

Here are ingredients:
1 table spoon of soy sauce

3 table spoons of vegetable oil, I use olive oil

Few lobes of young garlic

Half table spoon of salt, you can use garlic salt instead of the last two ingredients

Couple pinches of black or ground pepper

5-6 medium size thick salmon steaks, you want you can cook fillet, but steaks are better

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, dip salmon into the bowl from both sides and put it on well-heated grill for 3-4 minutes from each side.

Sauce ingredients:

1 cup of mayonnaise

Parsley, dill, basil leaves cut to small pieces, add a pinch of the salt, black pepper, mix together

1 or ½ of marinated cucumber – cut into small pieces and put together with cut parsley, dill, basil leaves into mayo, add some lemon juice (from ¼ of fresh lemon) or 1 teaspoon of concentrated lemon juice, put the sauce in a fridge, serve cool.

Try to surprise your friends with this yummy and easy-to-cook grilled salmon. Nothing can compare to well-prepared home meal.
